The Hip Clip™ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT. The Hip Clip™’s liability is limited to repair or replacement of the product under the following circumstances: If the product has been damaged during its intended use, we will replace the product or provide a refund if the damaged unit is returned with a valid police report of the incident. If the product has been intentionally tampered with or modified, The Hip Clip™ will not replace the product or provide a refund.
